At Big Toys Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
